WiFi (SSID): MountainAir302

Password: 130stoneyfalls

There are actually two networks in the condo: MountainAir302_5Ghz and MountainAir302_2Ghz. Both have the same password. The 5Ghz may be faster but doesn’t travel as far. It’s probably the best choice for the living room and kitchen. The 2Ghz is not as fast, but travels better through walls. It may be the better choice for the bedrooms.

The neighborhood also has a wide area open WiFi network: MA-POA Guest. No password needed.

Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors by following these

House Rules:

  • No Smoking
  • No Parties
  • No Pets
  • Quiet Time: 9pm – 9am
  • Do Not Feed Wildlife
  • Enjoy Yourself!

TVs

There are 3 Smart TVs in the house;
one in the living room and one in each bedroom.
They all use the same kind of remote:

Thermostat

There’s a Smart thermostat at the top of the stairs. Touch it and the controls will light up. Lower left is down, lower right is up.

Fireplace

The fireplace is NOT wood-burning. Nothing should be placed or burned inside the fireplace. To operate, there are two switches to the left. One is for the flame and the other is for the fireplace fan. (This will blow warm air into the room once it’s warmed up.)

Pull-Out Sofa Bed

On the L-shaped sofa in the living room, the section facing the fireplace has a pull-out queen bed. Pillows and sheets are in the closet next to the top of the stairs, blankets are in the second bedroom closet.

Owner’s Closet

The closet downstairs at the entrance is locked. This is where we keep supplies for the cleaners. Please don’t try to access this. If there’s something you need, please let us know!

Kitchen

On the kitchen counter is a Keurig K-Mini Plus coffee maker. Click here for a Quick Reference Guide. If you want to brew a whole pot, there’s a Mr. Coffee coffee maker in the pantry to the left of the fridge. Here’s the manual for that one. Please be sure to bring your own coffee.

Next to the disposal switch, there’s a switch for the dishwasher. If the dishwasher is not working, please make sure that switch is on (in the up position).

Towels

An ample supply of towels are in each bathroom. Additional towels are in the master bathroom closet and the closet opposite the second bathroom.

Makeup, face medications/creams and tanning products will stain the white towels. Please use the black makeup towels provided in each bathroom.

Pets

No pets are allowed. We love pets! We have a dog of our own, but we strive to keep the condo in top shape for all of our guests, so we leave our dog home as well.

Trash

Please bring trash to the bear-proof receptacle on the lower level parking lot. Take the stairs down to the bottom level, go to that parking lot and look for the green receptacles.

Please don’t put garbage bags out in front of the condo. This will attract wildlife and could lead to a fine from the HOA.

Also, please don’t leave any food in your car. If a bear gets a whiff of it, it could damage your car!

Speaking of bears

Here are some important bear safety tips!
