Located in the gated Mountain Air community with 1374 sq. ft. of living space, you’l love the beautiful mountain sunset views from its living room and private balcony. This top-floor unit boasts vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen and three Smart TVs connected to the free WiFi.

LIVING ROOM: Huge windows with mountain views, open concept layout, vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, stone fireplace, 65″ Smart TV, large L-shaped sofa with Queen pull-out bed.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel GE Profile appliances, double oven, dishwasher, ice maker, Biltmore cookware, spice rack, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, full knife set, high-top breakfast bar, granite countertops.

MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, access to private balcony, Smart TV,, full-length mirror, en suite bathroom with double vanities, large stand-up shower.

SECOND BEDROOM: Queen bed, Smart TV, adjacent bathroom with tub and shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private balcony with mountain views, bistro table set.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, hairdryers, keyless entry, trash bags, paper towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, first aid kit.

PARKING: Parking lot (2 vehicles, free) right in front of unit.

Other things to note

There is one flight of stairs upon entrance, then the entire living area is on one level. No smoking or pets are allowed.

The Neighborhood

Though guests won’t have access to the golf course or club restaurant/bar, you will have access to on-site hiking with over 6 miles of hiking trails and 6 community parks right there in the neighborhood. Community amenities include, fire pits, pavilions with picnic tables, barbecue grills, gazebo, playground with treehouse and several viewing areas with gorgeous mountain views.

The Town

The condo is located in the quaint town of Burnsville, the center of which is only 6.5 miles away. Burnsville has a number of eclectic eateries, pubs and a microbrewery. We’ve compiled a partial list of places to eat, drink and other diversions at this link. It also has a vibrant art scene with galleries, a playhouse and various events throughout the year. Area Info

More adventure awaits by venturing out beyond the neighborhood. The are a plethora of hiking opportunities, including Pisgah National Forest, Blue Ridge Pinnacle and Rocky Knob, Appalachian Trail, and Mount Mitchell, the highest peak east of the Mississippi. World class rafting and kayaking is available on the renowned French Broad river. Zip Lining, Gem Mining, Horseback riding and Fishing is also nearby. For winter sports, there are four ski resorts within 60 miles, the closest being Hatley Pointe Ski Resort, only 20 miles away. Some of the local favorites can be found at this link.

Need more than that? Asheville is only 36 miles away, with multiple attractions including the Biltmore Estate, the River Arts District, and an abundance of local restaurants and breweries.

  Fantastic trip. We came to celebrate a birthday, and the property couldn't have been more perfect. It was extremely clean and cozy, and it had all the dishes we needed to cook our meals. The view is even better than it looks in the pictures. Make sure to follow the directions exactly to get there. The community can be confusing, but Tina's step by step is all you need.

  What an amazing view in an immaculately clean space. The furniture and linens were very cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. There was even a nice bottle of wine waiting for us!! We hiked around the property and went into Burnsville at night to see the Christmas lights. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location.

  An absolutely phenomenal space and community for a weekend getaway. The cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in with every amenity you’d need. We actually never even left the gated neighborhood - any hiking/relaxing parks or scenic overlooks are 5 minutes from the front door. Plus the views from the balcony were breathtaking at any hour of the day. I highly suggest taking advantage of the various beautiful parks and trails suggested in the host’s guidebook before venturing outside of the community. I cannot recommend this listing enough - it’s truly a place I would visit time and time again, and hopefully for a longer trip next time!

  Everything about this rental was top notch. The furnishings are high-quality, and the sofa even has down throw pillows. The kitchen was very well stocked with high-quality appliances, and Tina left us a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy. Every detail has been well thought out so that guests have a truly lovely experience.   We loved the condo. It is in a beautiful gated community very close to Burnsville downtown. It is so well cared for, clean, and we did not find ourselves missing anything we needed. It is decorated lovely and the view is AMAZING. We are suckers for clean bathrooms, nice showers, and quality linens and towels and this checked all the boxes. We actually used the pull out couch and there was plenty of extra bedding and blankets to make that up nicely. We did not cook but used the kitchen and as far as I can see it had everything you needed. Tina is very pro-active with communication and the instructions for getting there, your stay, and checkout are very clear and so helpful. It makes for easy in/out. No stress! Lots of nice touches you don't see like a few bottles of water in fridge, a nice bottle of wine and clear instructions for WIFI. That is appreciated. We would go back for sure!

  Tina was a remarkable hostess and took care of every detail. The condo is very comfortable and has a terrific view of the mountains. Great fly-in community and having a rental car to offer as well was perfect!There was just way too much to see and do in the area so we just have to fly over there again and spend much more time!
